Each month, students gather to learn timeless leadership principles through lessons that we call Leader Labs. Taught in a relevant and engaging way, these Leader Labs give students the practical tools needed to make a positive impact in their local communities.

CORE COMPONENTS

Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is structured to include times of community, celebration, learning, and service.

A catalytic, energizing experience designed to inspire and inform students about the year ahead.

A heartfelt event where students pack children's books into cherished gifts for local elementary schools, fostering a love of reading in their community.

Recurring monthly experiences where students dive into timeless leadership principles through engaging video curriculum.

A student-led initiative providing impactful support to on-campus and community non-profit organizations, helping them achieve their goals.

The program's core, where students unite to put leadership principles into action by executing a project that fills an unmet need in the community.

Schools can apply for grant funding from Coca-Cola and The Leader Academy foundation to develop their Impact Projects. High School Seniors can apply for the chance to secure a $25,000 Chick-fil-A™ Community Scholars scholarship for continued education.
