Chick-fil-A Leader Academy™ is a national high school leadership program focused on IMPACT THROUGH ACTION. The world needs more leaders who impact their local communities, and we believe high school students are the answer!

Classroom Kickoff Event
A catalytic, energizing experience designed to inspire and inform students about the year ahead.
Big Thank You
The first of three service projects, students work individually to thank someone who has helped them get to where they are in a big and unique way.
Monthly Leader Labs
Students meet once per month throughout the school year to learn timeless leadership principles through engaging and relevant video curriculum.
Do Good December
The second of three service projects, students expand their impact by teaming up to make a difference in their community during the holiday season.
Impact Project
The cornerstone of the program, students work as one group to put the leadership principles they have learned in the classroom into practice in the community.

30 selected students participate in monthly Leader Labs using unique CURRICULUM TECHNOLOGY with a faculty leader to gain insight and principles, then involve hundreds in their school and IMPACT THOUSANDS in their community!

Teachers engage students in highly INTERACTIVE CURRICULUM requiring little planning and MINIMUM EFFORT, which takes students on a journey leading to their leadership growth and MAXIMUM RESULTS.
Beneficial for Schools
The program is fully-funded through generous sponsorships from local Chick-fil-A Operators, Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Coca-Cola to offset the annual $4,000 per school tuition.
